Kingyo-sukui is a goldfish scooping game that is popular at festivals.
In this game there are a lot of goldfish swimming in a pool of water.
People try to scoop up as many goldfish as they can with a scoop(er) made of thin paper, and put the goldfish in a bowl.
The paper tears very easily, so it takes skill to scoop the fish.
The fish that are caught are put in a plastic bag with water, so people can take them home as pets.
